This photo was actually taken at the National Zoo in DC on 03/11/2014...this particular day it was 60 degrees! Beautiful day for the zoo. This little fella (robin red breast) was perched on a branch checking out the activity. It was a fun day at the zoo.

Hi Everyone! Did you know that the Robin Red Breast is different in other countries? This is one of the reasons I love being a part of the FAA family. You never know what you are going to learn from one of your colleagues. I learn so much not just about the field of photography, selling online, but I also am learning about other artists and the countries or states they are from. All from the comfort of my home. I just looked it up on the internet. Very fascinating. UK's robin red breast are smaller, more round, and have beady-looking eyes. They are cute. Thanks for letting me know there was a difference. That's pretty cool.
