Egret Focused and Poised,
This beautiful egret just landed on top of the fishing and bait shop at the Sunshine Skyway Fishing Pier located in St. Petersburg, Florida. This pier is a great place for fishing and taking pictures of various birds / wildlife such as the egrets and pelicans.

This particular day was sunny yet very windy. Overlooking the mouth of Tampa Bay, I was enjoying the peaceful sounds of the water, watching all the locals fishing, and of course bird watching. I loved watching the white egrets flying, landing, and catching fish. A great spot to hang out. Emmy Vickers,
