On Wednesday, the day we were awaiting our "big" snow storm that was to begin around 8pm (02/12/2014), I decided to to go to the Washington National Cathedral on Wisconsin Avenue in D.C. Purpose was to take photos for my photography class and to say a few prayers for loved one. Praising God for all his glory. I ended up having a private tour. Oh my gosh - the history of this amazing cathedral is incredible as is the beauty both inside and out.
This photo is of the prayer candles that are right outside the children's chapel within this humongous church. I lit a couple of candles and said a prayer for many that I know and don't know. Emmy Vickers,
