Tulip the Cow lives at the Smithsonian National Zoo in Washington, DC. Every time I visit the zoo, I make a point of visiting Tulip and Rose, the two cows. This month (Nov 2013), Tulip came up to me. I think she is beginning to recognize and remember me. So cute. Be sure to stop by the petting zoo early, when visiting the zoo. Emmy Vickers,
