Concord Point Lighthouse,
This beautiful sunny scene is the Concord Point Lighthouse located in the small Maryland town of Havre de Grace. It overlooks the point where the Susquehanna River flows into the Chesapeake Bay (the northernmost lighthouse on the Chesapeake Bay).
I was driving to one of the national parks, but wanted to quickly drive through the town of Havre de Grace so that hubby Richard and I could finally say we have visited this quaint small town. Wow, to our surprise, there was more to see than expected.
Havre de Grace, Maryland became our adventure and photographing spot for the day. (Saturday is Date Day for me and Richard. It's the one day I get hubby's time for the day and night. On Sunday hubby is free to watch sports or whatever he wants, all day if he chooses). Fair exchange, wouldn't you agree?
