Head Over Heels - I Love My 1st Birthday Cake.
Baby Bao Bao's birthday cake was falling down the hill. This particular piece fell off the cake, and bao bao just had to have it. She was rolling down the hill along with her piece of cake. She was having a blast, and us onlookers were laughing hysterically because she was just so adorable and so amazingly entertaining. At times there were some ooohs and ahhhs, because of conern for her safety down the hill. It was an amazing and fun time watching this baby panda bear, as she has developed quite the personality.
I smile and laugh every time I see this photo and several others of her and her mother, because it was a joyous time for me during a very difficult time in my life dealing with health issues. Being able to get around on a scooter at the Smithsonian National Zoo was what afforded me to be able to make my goal of attending Bao Bao's 1st birthday celebration on August 23, 2014.
