Talk about breathtaking views. This was one of the stops on our European river cruise.
This view of Heidelberg Germany and the zillions of red rooftops was taken from an outlook up high on a hill at the famous Heidelberg Castle. The large church in the middle of all the buildings is called Church of the Holy Spirit. The river in the background is called the Neckar River.
Heidelberg is a historic and romantic town. A must visit if you ever travel to Germany. Lots of things to see, places, to eat, and great shops to check out. Emmy Vickers,
