Walking With Attitude. I introduce to you Kibibi the gorilla. Kibibi was born at the Smithsonian National of Washington, DC in Jan 2009.
Kibibi is the youngest and smallest member of the National zoo's gorilla family. She has a ton of energy and apparently never stops moving for very long during the day.
Kibibi can often be seen pestering her mother Mandara, or even playing with Baraka the silverback gorilla. The cool thing about Kibibi, is that she excels in the zoo's cognition research program and outperforms all the other gorillas on the touchscreen based programs. "Kibibi" means "little lady" in Swahili.
I enjoy watching Kibibi and the rest of the gorilla gang. They are so entertaining and hysterical at times. A must see when visiting this amazing zoo. Emmy Vickers,
