This New York by Gehry building was formerly known as Beekman Tower. Completed in Februaru 2011, this building is located at 8 Spruce Street, and is also known as the 8 Spruce Street building. This 76-story skyscraper was designed by architect Frank Gehry and developed by Forest City Ratner; in the New York City borough of Manhattan. This skyscraper is located in lower Manhattan,just south of City Hall Plaza and the Brooklyn Bridge.
Apparently 8 Spruce Street is the 12th tallest residential building in the world and the second tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. This building is 870 feet high.
I had the honor of spending Thanksgiving 2013 here. At the time my Dad lived here. Phenomenal views and incredible building and perks...of course it all comes with a high cost! Awesome place! Emmy Vickers,
