This gorgeous Catholic church is The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception located in Washington DC. This is the largest Roman Catholic church in the United States and North America, and is one of the ten largest churches in the world.

The Mass that Pope Francis celebrated at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception during his September 2015 visit took place on September 23rd outside. This was an exciting time for so many people, Catholics and non Catholics. Emmy Vickers,
